SYNOPSIS FOR: Red Riding: 1983
Three directors are tackling three feature films about “The Yorkshire Ripper,” a name given to Peter Sutcliffe – a man who led authorities on a manhunt between ’74 and ’83. In this final installment of the Red Riding Trilogy, a young girl goes missing, rekindling old suspicions and opening old wounds. The brutal past of the corrupt Yorkshire police department is about to finally catch up to it.
